Age 67, Current PSA 0.2. Previous PSA 3.8, with Gleason 4+3=7, 4 positive out of 6 samples. Kaiser. Had surgery with the thought to keep radiation if he needs it later.8oz tomato sauce and 16oz tomato juice. At the age of 65, atayed at 0.1 for 4 years before it went to 0.2. Wanted to find out what is going on instead of waiting for it to increase to 0.4.

What kind of radiation or what can I do?

It's not the magnitude of the PSA but more the doubling time that you should be looking at.

You want to get the ultra sensitive PSA, and go to the same lab

You might want to consider some form of ADT (Hormone blockade) as its the only form of treatment for a systemic disease. If radiation doesn't work, the next step they will prescribe is ADT.
